Mission Statement
Aqua Quip understands the importance of youth activities and the financial challenges they present. We believe in supporting our community youth through donations to help their teams succeed. That is why we created the Team Rewards Program. This program makes it easy for any person who purchases a hot tub from Aqua Quip to designate a team or club to receive a $200 contribution from Aqua Quip in that customer’s name. It’s a simple program, but one that has unlimited potential to provide funding for local non-profit teams and clubs.
How does the program work?
1. A customer buys a Sundance or Jacuzzi hot tub.
2. The customer identifies a youth team or club to receive the contribution.
3. The customer fills out the Team Rewards form and gives it to their sales representative.
4. After the hot tub delivers, Aqua Quip sends the team or club’s primary contact a check for $200, made out to the team.
5. Participants then tell other team or club members, friends, or family about Team Rewards.
What should the money be used for?
The donation is directed to the team the customer has chosen. Most teams have a fundraising or donation pool that helps pay for uniforms, equipment, trophies, parties, and field time. The donation is intended to benefit the team as a whole.
What is the best way for me to encourage participation?
The program works best when information is available to everyone you know. This maximizes the opportunity for a team or club to receive an unlimited amount of funds. Posting this message in a public area has been successful as well as passing it out as a flier to parents. Aqua Quip can also send a representative to a team club meeting to talk about the program in person.
Who is eligible for this program?
Any youth sports team or club in the Puget Sound Tri-County Area (Pierce, King, and Snohomish).
